You Cancelled Your Order
If you cancel an order you paid for with Vibes, you receive a Vibes credit minus a 5% service fee. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the refund.
Example: You cancel an order worth €20.00 that you paid with Vibes. You receive €19.00 as Vibes credit (5% fee = €1.00). The credit is valid for 12 months.
The Host Cancelled the Event
If the host cancels an event, you receive a full refund — no fees deducted.
Card/cash payments: Full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Vibes payments: Your Vibes balance is fully restored instantly (SPEND_REVERSAL).
Split payments (Vibes + card): The Vibes portion is restored to your balance, and the card portion is refunded to your card.
Vibes Expiry
Vibes credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. You will receive a push notification 30 days before any credits expire, showing the amount and expiry date.
Expired Vibes cannot be restored or refunded. We recommend using your Vibes at events before they expire.
General Order Refunds
How refunds work for each payment method:
- Cash: Refund handled at the venue by the host.
- Card: Refunded to your original card within 5–10 business days.
- Vibes: Credited back as Vibes balance minus 5% service fee (12-month validity).
- Split (Vibes + Card): Each portion refunded via its original method.
